For the first time since 2019, the event will take place in-person, featuring a selection of preeminent speakers from major banks such as BBVA, Caixa Bank, and Santander. This year’s cutting-edge agenda will cover the latest developments in banking, from new regulations to blockchain technology.

Unblu will be heading to Prague this June for the CX in Banking CEE Summit. This 2-day event is a forum to exchange opinions about all things customer experience, with insights and best practices on offer from CX leaders across the banking sector. Responding to the latest developments in digital, tech and data, presentations will go into depth about state-of-the-art customer experience strategies and case studies.

Unblu will be heading Prague this November for the Banking CEE Expo.
